I received a complimentary upgrade and really enjoyed it; the Tuzla International airport wasn't too far away, making it a fantastic base for my trip in Misici, as the location was conveniently close to everything I wanted to do.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and traditional rakija produced by the owners. The tastefully decorated rooms were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi. Another positive aspect was the picturesque location with beautiful gardens making it a perfect retreat.

It was somewhat difficult to locate the hotel, and the pillows were oversized making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. The window curtains let in too much light, causing an early wake-up call from the sun.

I had a memorable stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, with fresh and comfortable rooms; the hotel facilities, with a beautiful garden and a recreational area for the guests; the location close to nature, ideal for a countryside getaway; and the attentive and helpful staff, who even offered me a tour around the cellar and a small gift of a souvenir bottle with local liquor.

During my stay at Hotel & Distillery Monogram, I had the pleasure of visiting the cellar where they store their barrels full of liquors. The friendly receptionist gave me a complimentary tour and even gifted me a small bottle of raspberry liquor. The property itself is a serene countryside oasis, perfect for those seeking peace and privacy away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The agriculture farm and distillery add a unique touch, and the locally produced products are a delight to explore. I highly recommend this hidden gem for a nature-filled getaway.

What a great romantic escape! the hotel is wonderfully designed, with a beautiful exterior that creates a romantic atmosphere. the rooms are modern and spacious, and the bathroom is much larger than anticipated. the staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast served in a beautiful dining room, and we had the chance to visit a special production place. the hotel is in a prime location with plenty of nearby attractions. We also had the pleasure of tasting their delicious brandy.

That the gravel paths around the hotel made it a bit difficult to walk around, especially in the evening. this wasn't a major problem as we didn't spend much time outside in the dark.

The hospitality at the property was very welcoming and inclusive. It has nice surroundings and a feeling of calmness. There were pleasant spots to relax in after a long day of work. We enjoyed the lovely gift bag with homemade treats in it!

The property location was a bit isolated and it was a bit difficult to reach. Also, the restaurant had a limited menu and there were no vegetarian or vegan options available for us. The WiFi was not reliable and there was no phone service in the area, which made it difficult for us to keep in touch with our team back home.
